1. Use of Service

This website provides an online graphics.h compiler, documentation, demos, and related tools for educational and development purposes. The service is currently provided free of charge.

You may use the compiler to write, save, compile, and run C/C++ graphics.h programs in your browser, subject to these terms and applicable law.

2. Compiler Runtime

The online compiler runs a browser-based DOS/Turbo C environment. Compilation and program execution are designed to happen locally in your browser after the required runtime assets load.

You are responsible for reviewing code before running it. Do not run code that is malicious, abusive, designed to overload the browser, or intended to bypass browser or service restrictions.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The code you write and execute
• The files, folders, names, and other content you save
• Keeping local backups of important code

You must not:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to abuse or overload the system
• Upload harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to access another user's account, files, sessions, or stored data
• Use automated traffic, scraping, or repeated requests in a way that harms service availability

4. Accounts

You may sign in using Google to enable cloud file storage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and browser session.

I may restrict write access, remove stored content, or terminate access if an account is used in a way that violates these terms, harms the service, or creates security or abuse risks.

5. Advertising & Cookies

This website may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, authentication, preferences, and advertising. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• Third-party advertisers, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your browsing history on this and other websites.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

If you sign in, I store your account profile details and cloud files to provide the save/sync functionality. Guest files may be stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB/localStorage and may be lost if you clear browser data or switch devices.

I may remove stored data if:

• It violates these terms
• It affects system performance or security
• It appears abusive, malicious, or unlawful

You remain responsible for keeping separate backups of important files. The service is not intended to be the only storage location for important coursework, projects, or submissions.

7. Service Availability

I do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Errors in execution
• Browser, device, network, or third-party service issues
• Any damages resulting from use of the service

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the code and files you create. The graphics.h Compiler platform, website, design, documentation, and source code belong to their respective owners and are made available under the licenses stated in the project repository.

Turbo C, Borland, Google, Microsoft, Discord, Cloudflare, and other third-party names, products, and services belong to their respective owners. This project is not affiliated with Borland or Turbo C.

10. Changes to Service

I may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

11. Termination

I may restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated or if I determine that use of the service is abusive.

12. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes. I recommend checking this page periodically.
